Aerator Installation

Aerators installations are the first and most important component of having a beautiful pond or lake, but their value goes far beyond the beauty of your waterfront.  Aerator installations can not only make sure that the entire water column has heightened levels of oxygen, but they can also create an evenly distributed water column, thus allowing fish to grow more rapidly throughout the year. This is achieved by significantly reducing the effect of the thermocline on the body of water or, more simply put, creating a less stratified system.

In doing so, species can travel further throughout the system year-round than they are compared to a few times a year without aeration. Along with helping sustain fish growth and health, an aeration installation would aid in the control of algae bloom, pathogens, oxygen depletion, and various other harmful entities.

We prefer a robust air diffusion style of aeration because it keeps all electricity out of the water and can be maintained from the shore of the pond.
